room was very big and spacious and was very clean. the bed was also a double bed and not 2 singles put together with was a change from a lot of european hotels I have been in. the staff were very friendly and always said hello or goodbye whenever walking past the reception. the room was absolutely spotless and so clean I was very happy with that.

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised as our expectations based on reviews were cautious. The property is clean and not outdated. The location being a bit far from Sorrento was still okay with us as we enjoyed the 30 minute walk into Sorrento and the restaurants nearby with great views of the port and ocean.

beautiful property, 25 min walk from sorrento centre, which is all flat! Rooms were very clean and modern. Felt very comfortable and the balcony was beautiful with a mini spa. The staff were super lovely and accomodating and happy to help with any questions + even helped us print our ferry tickets.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Crawford, the staff were so accommodating (particularly the lady on reception whose name I didn’t get sadly but she was so friendly and helpful despite having only been working there a month!) They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about the local area. The room had a beautiful view of vesuvius, and the roof terrace even more so, with the hot tub being an added bonus. Overall a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful location!

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Crawford. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Sorrento town, but the walk is also possible. We enjoyed the shared balcony on the roof where there is a nice view of the ocean.

Staff were lovely. Comfortable, fresh feel to the room & lovely large windows. Balcony with side view to the sea. Kept bikes on premises overnight without any hassle.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. Location was short flat walk from Sorrento centre but very convenient and there was lots of restaurants nearby if you didn’t want to venture into Sorrento town

The breakfast was good value for your money everything was fresh and tasty. Location was not in city centre but quiet area and close enough to walk or take taxi.
